Links: For direct or indirect references to third-party web sites ("Links"), which lie outside of the sphere of responsibility of the author, a liability obligation would apply exclusively in the case in which the provider of the content would have knowledge and it would be technically possible and reasonable for it to prevent the use in the case of illegal content. Markenbusiness shall make no guarantee regarding the correctness, completeness, updating and unobjectionability of these entries.

Liability claims against Markenbusiness, which make reference to material or immaterial damages, which have been caused by the use or non-use of the presented information or through the use of erroneous and incomplete information, are absolutely excluded, provided that Markenbusiness is not at fault due to intent or gross negligence that can be documented. All offers are non-binding and without obligation. The providers shall retain the express right to amend, supplement, delete or discontinue the publication, temporarily or permanently, of parts of the pages or the entire offerings without special notice having been given.
