Markenbusiness shall not be responsible for entries in the trade name, company or domain database, in the job market notices and the lawyers' directory. The content-related responsibility for these entries shall lie with those natural and juridical persons who have made these content-related entries. A content-related and legal examination of these entries shall not be made by Markenbusiness. Markenbusiness shall make no guarantee regarding the correctness, completeness, updating and unobjectionability of these entries.
